Abstract

In the globalization era, the enterprise needs to increase product innovation, improve the profit ability and hold outstanding product development environment to meet the market demands. The key factors of successful product are not only the innovation of product but also the innovation of whole business management. Embarking on the enterprise innovation general scheme, modular framework of the enterprise innovation system is proposed and discussed. Further the innovation system for machine tool is brought forward and its software tool (Teamcenter software) is introduced in brief. The innovation system has been applied to the machine tool corporation and obtained better results.
