Abstract
Polarization phenomena of biological dielectrics under the influence of electric and magnetic fields are reported. It is shown that by measuring the relaxation time under the influence of both electric and magnetic fields, cancerous and noncancerous tissue can be differentiated. Knowing the values of relaxation times it is then possible to determine the values of permittivities for both cancerous and noncancerous tissues from the equations derived by the author
