Abstract
The author discusses a method of setting goals for engineers working on large projects. The goals considered are facility performance, quality, safety and housekeeping, cost and schedule, and customer satisfaction. The author also discusses how to get feedback for hard goals which can be quantified and measured as well as for soft goals which are very subjective
