    Results of investigation work, devoted to ultrasonic cavitation computer model development are presented in this article. This work has a several tasks such as: development of the ultrasonic cavitation mathematical model, creation of PC application for cavitation activity temperature maxima searching, estimation of correspondence degree of the simulated results to experimental data
