  • Abstract
    According to the deficiencies in the establishment of flight rerouting areas (FRAs), a new method based on the convex polygon is proposed. Fast, the factors that affect the security of flight are analyzed, and the method for establishing static FRAs based on the convex polygon is given. Then, considering the movement of FRAs and stochastic factors, the dynamic FRAs are established. Finally, the alterant air route planning is studied in consideration of the FRApsilas boundaries, and compared with the rerouting method based on the simple polygon. Simulation results show that the region in which flights will be disturbed can be identified effectively by using the proposed method, and the alterant air route is simple and feasible.
