  • Abstract
We propose a methodology to achieve disturbance rejection in a linear time invariant system via pole placement. The methodology is based on the characterization of the disturbance rejection closed-loop fixed poles, and is restricted to the monovariable case. Necessary and sufficient solvability conditions for the static output feedback case are also obtained
