Abstract
This paper presents the analytical background as well as some practical issues related to solid state thermal-based semiconductor flow-sensor modeling. Typical applications on air-velocity measurement techniques, based on the constant overheat principle, are also studied for the case of a double constant-power constant-resistance loop temperature-independent anemometer.
