Training of meteorological and management complex talents is an important topic. The article discusses the concept of meteorological and management complex talents. Evaluation index of meteorological and management complex talents is studied in the paper. Fuzzy mathematical methods are used to build the evaluation model of meteorological and management complex talents in the article. The article analyzes the case.
