Abstract
This paper examines the life cycle of project management involved in environment and building and their correspondence factors in meeting buildings and environment quality of life issues. A 29-item to measure these elements was developed. Using Rasch measurement model, result of the analysis of testing for data-to-model fit, rating scale functioning, evaluation of potentially misfitting items and suggest the relevance of modelling the quality of life of these buildings projects in environment and building field. Managing project that is under budget criterion appears to be at the highest logit and is more difficult to attain than the rest of the other criteria. The model can be applied to a wide variety of buildings project managers´ that enhance quality of life in their buildings project.
