Abstract
Acceptance of technologies and best practices cannot be analyzed through some case studies. The question is the role of introduction "e-technologies" in some innovation process. The aim is to defined characteristics, levels and criteria of "best-practice" technologies. The French approach on teleport (or ZTA) and now CNRT is a good analyze of the impact of technologies.
