Notice of Retraction
After careful and considered review of the content of this paper by a duly constituted expert committee, this paper has been found to be in violation of IEEE´s Publication Principles.
We hereby retract the content of this paper. Reasonable effort should be made to remove all past references to this paper.

To propose test day model genetic parameter estimation and breeding value prediction for the dairy cow genetic evaluation system, mathematical models, relational database development tools, SQL SERVER. Determination of cows on the system to record data management, genetic parameter estimation and breeding value estimation fusion as a whole, to provide users with a unified window interface, and to genetic evaluation of dairy complex computing process into a simple interface operation.
