Abstract
Isolated dc/dc converters´ reliability suffers from forward/reverse recovery current issue of secondary rectifying diodes. In this paper, resonant double voltage rectifying technique is employed to eliminate this problem without any additional components added like that in variable frequency LLC circuits. And it still maintains fixed frequency features. Novel high step-up gain active clamp forward/flyback converter with voltage-doubler-rectifier (ACFF-VDR), interleaved ACFF-VDR, and push-pull-forward converter with voltage-doubler-rectifier (PPF-VDR) are proposed and evaluated. Design principles are also presented. Simulation and experimental results are provided for verification.
