  • Abstract
After the incorporation of national universities, the evaluation result of the degree of achievement of a mid-term plan is reflected in the budget, and the progress management of a mid-term plan is very important for National University Corporation. However, progress management needs collection of a lot of data. For this reason, IR of Kyushu University built and uses the system for the progress management. Until now, although a lot of data is collected at the system, the quality of data is not enough for evaluation. There are the following two causes. The 1st cause is that the person in charge and executor of a mid-term plan are divided into headquarters and departments. The 2nd cause is shortage of an understanding about the progress management. For this reason, it is necessary to build as IR the system which collects data directly from departments. Moreover, it is necessary to aim at reform of the consciousness of headquarter secretariat.
