  • Abstract
    In order to build the high efficiency broad-band T/R module, there is an increasing interest for various types of transitions with LTCC technology. A kind of grounded coplanar waveguide to three-wires-stripline vertical transition with the condition of the perforated ground plane was proposed. To obtain the broad-band RF performance, 3D FDTD optimization was necessary at this transition. Finally, the test results and conclusion are given.
