Abstract
Enterprise logistics risk is the business risk faced by the logistics system uncertainty on the impact of corporate targets. It´s affected by many factors, such as demand, supply, environment, operation and many other factors. Knowledge management is a useful tool for business management. Its concept and analysis method are used in many areas. This paper analyzed the risk posed by the logistic company and put forward the logistics risk warning system based on the analytical framework of knowledge management. The system specifies the path of enterprise logistics risk warning. During the logistics risk warning management, information collection, assessment, prediction and warning must be taken seriously. Then the paper gave the three-dimensional graph of knowledge needs. The graph shows the sources of knowledge in logistics warning system. Finally, the article on the business logistics risk warning measures was discussed. So far, few research studies the logistics risk from the perspective of knowledge management. The building of the early warning system of logistics risk discussed in the paper was with a larger reference value and practical significance to the practice of early warning of the logistics risk management.
