Abstract
The problem how to evaluate the provided alternatives and determine a suitable one does exist in the process of distribution network planning. On the basis of the existing methods of multi-attribute decision-making (MADA) and combining non-linear programming with the theory of combination evaluation, this paper for the first time constructs an MADA system based on combination evaluation method for distribution network planning. The model solves the problems like one-sidedness of traditional MADA methods as well as deviation, and makes the result of distribution network planning more scientific.
