Abstract
The development of China´s regional economies and the governance transitions of social public affairs need to promote and implement regional public administration under the framework of collaborative governance constantly. From multi-dimension, including the driving of the government reform, the development of the third sector and civil society, the emergence and development of the new concept of public service, regional economic development is need of regional network governance. In this paper, the basic theory of regional public management is discussed; the necessity and developmental trend of regional public administration by making use of the practice of economic and social development in china are analyzed. The article points out that China requires political coordination and regional public administration with pluralistic subjectivity participants to achieve coordinated development of regional economy.
