Design and Realization of Online Employment Management System Based on Data Mining

This paper designs and realizes a college employment management system, this system design fully considers the practicability and includes all aspects of college employment management, and meanwhile it is very convenient to expand the system because of modularization. In system design, we adopt leading and mature computer and data mining technology to ensure the advancement and longer using period of the system. In the aspect of security, for the database corresponding to each module of this system, we take full advantage of the inherent security mechanism of WindowS2000, thereby ensuring the security of system and data.
