  • Abstract
    This paper draws upon the innovation assimilation theory and the conceptual lens of business processes to explain the importance of the facilitators in achieving higher levels of e business assimilation within an organization. Survey data are utilized to test the relationships among these factors and the extent of organizational assimilation of e-business in China. The results assist managers to implement and plan the e-business in their decision-making process, and can serve as a basis for future research.
