Abstract
This paper presents modeling of motor parameter for parametric design of interior permanent magnet synchronous motor(IPMSM). Parametric design gives effective motor parameters for IPMSM considering control strategy. Characteristics of IPMSM are greatly influenced by Ψa, Ld and Lq. Parametric design provides motor characteristics according to variation of and Ψa, Ld by solving voltage equations of d-q axis equivalent circuit. Modeling of other parameters according to variation of Ψa and Ld are presented and appropriate design process is introduced.
