Research on reverse logistics of construction industry

Reverse logistics management is already concerned by the whole society and even enterprises at present. This paper introduced the basic theory of reverse logistics, analyzes the present situation and its importance of construction to implement reverse logistics management, and constructs three levels of reverse logistics system, including the construction wastes recovery, remanufacturing and reusing. It puts forward the operation mode of construction reverse logistics. It thinks construction industry should integrate existing resources, and actively expand reverse logistics business to realize the sustainable development.
