Abstract
This paper describes a controlled object simulation system on hardware and software to complete the simulation of a first-step and second-step conventional control system. The core of this system is MCU, and the conversion interface is A/D (TLC2543) and D/A (TLV5618). The differential amplifier LM324 shaping the signal, and the key and the LCD are the GUI for this system and it is convenient for us to set parameter; Digital discrete technology helps analog controlled object G (S) to become digital controlled object G (Z). Controlled object simulation system can be more easily to analysis and simulation the features of conventional controlled object, and with the use of controller parameters, it achieves a good control effect and is worthy of application value.
