  • Abstract
    An equivalent analysis technique for transistor networks with distributed interconnections is proposed. The distributed constant circuit is replaced with two current sources and three resistances. Only two parameters in the current source are changed in each time step. The method can be used to analyze any transistor network with distributed constant circuits by reducing the number of nodes dramatically. This algorithm does not require a large amount of memory capacity or computation time
