Diagnosis and treatment of information risks in supply chain

Supply chain has great risks because of its chain structure\´s characteristics. Distrust and non-standard behaviors of partners give rise to supply chain false information and information risks in supply chain. These risks seriously affect the security of the supply chain operation and even cause supply chain paralysis. So the information risk of supply chain is unavoidable and very harmful and it is vital to diagnose and treat the information risk of supply chain. This article analyzes and diagnoses many information risks in supply chain, including information risks due to "bullwhip effect", due to supply chain partnership,for example, risks of lacking trust and information hiding, and due to risks in technological layer. Meanwhile, it suggests the corresponding countermeasures in order to prevent the risks above and ensure the effective operation of supply chain.
