Abstract
Since the introduction of the ferrite tile absorber, efforts have been made to increase the bandwidth of flat, single layer ferrites. In particular, it has been desirable to extend the bandwidth from the normal 30-1000 MHz range to greater than 2000 MHz. One of the goals of this paper is to develop a design method which will yield insight for the selection and development of new ferrite materials and absorbers using an “inverse” approach described
