The establishment of the town pipe net database based on the platform of WebGIS

Based on the practical characteristics of urban network management, this paper discusses the necessity of underground pipe net database design and the detailed process of how to establish the database, the authors put forward the design scheme that based on the data acquisition and procedures of editing, in the end, this paper realizes the design requirements, the establishment of the database can improve the modern management level of the town underground pipe net effectively, and the establishment of the database can also improve the service level of the town´s economic construction.
