  • Abstract
    A strategic planning case of an e-Government System for Disaster Prevention and Relief is discussed in detail. The planning is based on an architectural method, which consists of system objectives, system architecture, organization architecture, technical architecture, information architecture, and business process architecture. The planning method we used showed good effect in practice.
