  • Abstract
    Take MI432A internal grinder spindle for example, researching structure design and optimization on the application of foamed aluminum composite structure in high speed spindle. And make the finite element analysis of static and dynamic performance between the new designed internal grinder spindle with the traditional internal grinder spindle. The results show that the static and dynamic performance of the internal grinder spindle with foamed aluminum composite structure is better than the traditional grinder spindle. These research results provide a theoretical basis and reference for foamed aluminum in the application of high speed and ultra high-speed cutting g spindle.
