Abstract
The demand for agricultural information is diversified in China. This article proposes a design of multilayer user groups oriented information search engine for agriculture to meet the needs. In this system, it divides user groups into managers, scientists, teachers, technologists, marketers and farmers. It considers the agricultural information characteristics seriously, and uses XML technology to standardize the semi-structured agricultural information. The system use searching & monitoring agent to get agricultural information, and use analyzing & filtrating agent to extract it into knowledge. All the knowledge is recorded in the correspond knowledge databases which is used by analyzing & filtrating agent to get users interests. Because the system uses inherited clustering method, it can adjust models automatically, and improve accuracy rate of search result.
