Abstract
Techniques for the design and construction of compact multiplexing filters with minimum complexity, size, and loss are presented. The practicality and limitations of several types of filter forms at high microwave frequencies are demonstrated. Experimental results for four compact multiplexing networks covering L-band through K U-band are given.
