Abstract
Transparency becomes a strategic element to ensure a better accessibility to the resources in a cooperative information system. This transparency makes possible to question various information sources and to make decisions while being based on the real situation of the increasingly distributed company. In this paper, we propose an agent based model for uniform access to distributed resources of a company where the cooperative information system constitutes the support of any application, allowing various resources, to cooperate with an aim of carrying out a task. Our approach is articulated around resource agents and federator agents and lies out, with the manner of the actors in a distributed company, competences and knowledge. The integration of these agents forms a coherent and faithful system of the structure of the company which plays the role of a communication mediator between these agents.
