  • Abstract
    Mixing and supplying glue system for the particle board manufacturing is a critical process, transient and noise signals seriously affect the accuracy of sensor and the stability of system. In view of this problem, data fusion algorithm based on wavelet transform is proposed. Transient and noise signals are detected and eliminated using one-dimensional wavelet decomposition, the two types of homogeneous sensors are integrated by arithmetic average estimate recursive algorithm. Simulation results show that the wavelet transform is very easy to achieve precise detection of transient signals, integration model has a high accuracy and fault-tolerance.
