Abstract
In this paper, we propose a role based service reputation evaluation model for improving the credibility of service reputation of common service. In this paper, the whole life cycle of access and utility of common service is described. Moreover, we describe the functionality of roles of people based on the service reputation. This model is implemented throughout the entire cycle. Based on the weighted average method and statistical theory, we introduce deviation from the correction factor and the time decay factor in order to ensure the authenticity and accuracy of the service reputation.
