Abstract

The paper gives a critical summary of the use of mobile technologies in Russian universities today. The authors analyze the problems of implementation of student-oriented mobile teaching in Russian universities on the example of the use of mobile devices. The paper offers renewed versions of mobile applications and their content taking into account the dynamics of user demand in different target groups. The authors consider thematically oriented innovative approaches to educational administration in IT sphere at Yaroslav-the-Wise Novgorod State University.
