Abstract
In the near future, RFID tags will become a day-to-day affair, as they are the potential substitutes for Bar Codes. Isolating a single targeted RFID tag, from a lot containing thousands of tags, demands an efficient algorithm. Binary tree walking is a commonly used technique for this purpose. In this paper, we propose an efficient variation of the binary tree walking singulation scheme, for isolating a specific tag from a big population.
