  • Abstract
    Gene chip as a key point research field of bioscience, it´s a fast way to analyse the heredity information and diagnose the disease with high efficience. For the filter is the pro-processing of the image segmentation that influenced the outcome of segmentation directly. In this paper a specical filter called Edge Enhance Diffuse. is used to remove the noise and protect the edge. It has a better effect than other filters on niose removing and edge protection, the Snake-model image segmentation which based on also performs well. This filter is proved as a feasible and efficient method.
