  • Abstract
    A 5 V/12 V switched capacitor (SC) DC-DC converter fabricated in a hybrid monolithic integration technology is presented. The technology combines a standard BiCMOS process with Al/Ta2O5/p-Si capacitor process to fabricate the DC-DC converter with larger capacitors. The topological design, property simulation and the integration process of the inductorless DC-DC converter are described in detail. This new design makes the output feature of the converter more flexible and more stable
