This study divides entrepreneur traits into three dimensions, risk-taking propensity, need for achievement, locus of control, analyzes the direct impact of entrepreneur traits on new venture performance. And based on this research, we bring in the entrepreneurial goal orientation as moderating factor, and analyze the indirect roles.
