  • Abstract
    Corporate environmental strategy is a gross plan to solve environmental problems. Being significant entities which influenced resource and environment, manufacturing corporations should be part of society in harmony. Effectual classification and suggestion are useful to guide firms toward sustainable development .We clustering analyzed the manufacturing corporate environmental strategies using the self-organized feature map (SOM) neural network. We found that there are four different types among the corporations, which are leaden follower, beginner and laggard. Specific policy suggestions for each firm type are made. We should give priority and encourage to the first and second classes. And we have to guide and control the third and fourth classes. The Research showed that the framework was suitable in reflecting corporate environmental strategy. The method is recommendable for analogous problems.
