  • Abstract
    Results of electromagnetic calculations of hybrid synchronous induction generator are presented in the paper. The synchronous generator is excited by permanent magnets and by excitation winding placed in the rotor. After the calculations of the electromagnetic circuit had been run, a physical model of the generator has been manufactured. Laboratory tests under different operating conditions and with different loads (including non-symmetrical load) were carried out. The paper presents results of the calculations and laboratory tests of the generator.
