Abstract
By analyzing the documents, this paper sum up eight managing talents constituting factors, they are, the conceptual technique, the personal technique, leading technique, administrative technique, majoring technique, self-development, ability characteristics, motivation characteristics. It also checks and analyzes the relationship between the managing talents and the characteristics of the managers under the help of the question-paper survey and the multivariate analysis of variance. The conclusion is the conceptual technique, the lending technique, the administrative technique, and the majoring technique will become much maturer as the age grows, while the personal technique, self-development, ability characteristics and the motivation technique will not develop as the age grows. The seniority of the governors and the leading technique are in the positive correlated relationship, while the conceptual technique, personal technique, administrative technique, majoring technique, self-development, ability characteristics, and motivation characteristics are not influenced by the growing of seniority. The conceptual technique and the development of the competency characteristics of the managers are in the positive relationship with the position of the mangers while the department, sex and education don´t influence the managing competency obviously.
