  • Abstract
Huge budget up to RM200 million has been assigned to creative industry in Malaysia as it is believes that it can produce a huge turnover as well. One of divisions of the industry is digital game. Hence, the encouragement to upgrading the design of game is increased. There are a lot of factors influenced a good design of digital game. Game interface is one of the main factors. Failure in designing a good interface leads to failure of the whole game. In order to design a good interface, the designer needs to understand users´ preferences. Culture value is one of the contributions that influence users´ preferences. Elements of culture are identified from previous researches that are done by three main researchers from culture-based ground. A set of questionnaire is distributed to multiple age range to find their game habit and personal views about game interface. A model of game interface is designed that consist of six culture elements, function analysis, game model and player model.
