According to the popularization of higher education and the increasingly severe situation of undergraduate employment, the paper presents some education methods in the process of graduation design in order to let undergraduates, in the last phase of education, gradually adapt the future employment. Through enriching the sources and the implementation modes of graduation design and implementing the stratification and respective goals of teaching, we aim to explore the education modes of developing undergraduate´s individualization and combining the requirement of employment with the education goal. Diversifying the ability education of undergraduates is to set up the bridges between schools and employment institutions, enhance the employment competition ability of undergraduates, and meet the needs of employing institutions for them.
