Abstract
This paper presents a robust control design for a variable-speed adjustable-pitch wind turbine system. An adaptive decoupling controller is designed to drive the turbine speed to extract invariable power from the wind and to allow pitch adjustment to power regulation. An adaptive decoupling controller is designed to drive the turbine speed to extract maximum power from the wind and to allow pith adjustment to constant power regulation. The simulations show the robustness of the controlled system
