Abstract
This paper describes a design method of two-hop single and multiple relay systems in which sources, relays, and destination are equipped with multiple antenna. The existence of interference signal and perfect CSI (channel state information) condition are assumed, and the design is carried out based on the maximum SINR (signal to interference plus noise ration) criterion. For multiple relay case, array weights are designed independently between first and second hops by adopting separable weight matrices in relays. Through computer simulations, the effectiveness of the proposed methods is verified.
