Abstract
In 2004 CARNet education center Edupoint has made a strategic decision to shift from face-to-face to online delivery mode. This paper provides a general overview of this process from aspects of curriculum, course design, tutoring, course maintainance, auxilliary activities and participant satisfaction. The study is based exclusively on experiences and practise of CARNet´s education center Edupoint. Edupoint is the first education center in Croatia that made a complete shift from face-to-face to online environment. For this reason, results of this study have no adequate comparison and have to be analysed individually. However, author is strongly convinced that the results of this paper can be widely applied to Croatian education institutions
