  • Abstract
Geographic information system (GIS) database was built firstly by Arcatalog module of ArcGIS software based on mobile observation data of urban thermal environment in Lanzhou city and space positions data of Global Positioning System (GPS). Then, GIS data set was analyzed, including data distribution, the trend analysis of spatial data, Voronoi map was used to identify possible outlier. According to the result of the data set analysis, the appropriate spatial analysis model was selected to simulate and predict urban thermal field. Cross validation method was used to verify simulation accuracy and validity of model, through the repeated test and comparison, inverse distance weighting (IDW) model and Kriging model were selected, simulation map was outputted by optimal parameters. Through model verification, the simulated value was close to the measured value, simulation accuracy was high.
