  • Abstract
    This paper discusses e-learning in the context of higher education and its key stakeholders. Each stakeholder is analyzed in terms of their needs and concerns. This stakeholders´ analysis is then leveraged to arrive at a stakeholder-to-stakeholder responsibility matrix for maximizing the chances of e-learning success within institutions of higher education
