  • Abstract
    In this article we present our development of a high performance laser-pumped Rubidium gas-cell atomic frequency standard based on the continuous microwave-optical double resonance interrogation. A larger resonance cell is employed and no laser noise cancellation is required to reach a short-term frequency stability below 4×10-13/√τ for 40 <; τ <;1000 s.
