Abstract
The notion of dissipative uncertainties is proposed for discrete-time singular systems with uncertainties. In the paper, the robust dissipative control problem for a class of discrete-time singular time-delay systems with uncertainties is discussed by using the linear matrices inequalities (LMI). And the sufficient condition of strictly dissipative for this kind of discrete-time singular systems is obtained, then the robust dissipative controller for the class of discrete-time singular systems with uncertainties is given.
